Tamil Goodson is the Lower Elementary principal at Meeting Street Academy Charleston. With a steadfast commitment to expanding educational opportunities for all children, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for excellence to her role.

Tamil is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston with a degree in Elementary Education. Tamil dedicated eight years to teaching and nurturing scholars at Chicora Elementary in Charleston, then Meeting Street Spartanburg. Before joining the Meeting Street Charleston Team, Tamil was the founding principal of Meeting Street Jasper + Beaufort, where she established a strong foundation for future success.
